Working Principle
The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor after decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the same time, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and some low-weight wastes from washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. 

The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the sand and stone goes to the out launder from the rotary impellor to finish the washing task.

The MTW is used for grinding the following non-flammable and non-explosivematerials with hardness below 9.3Moh’s and moisture lower than 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talk, barite, kaolin, coke, marble, ceramics, bauxite, slag, clinker, dolomite, flyash, clay,bentonite, gypsum, graphite, gold-mine, fertilizer, manganese ore etc.

Working Principle
General:Crushing -- Grinding -- Selecting -- Collecting
Detailed:Materials first enter jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then they are lift to storage room by elevator. Vibrating feeder will feed materials into grinding room evenly.
When the materials are put into the grinding room of the main equipment, the grinding roll swings outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force in rotation of the main shaft. The shovel carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roll rolling. 

After being ground,the qualified powder is selected by Separator via the cycle wind of the blower and the rough powder will be back to the grinding room for regrinding. The qualified powder is brought into the powder collector by airflow. The powder comes out as end products.

Working Principle

The working manner of this series crushing machine is dynamic extrusion type, and its working principle goes like this: the electro motor drives the belt and belt wheel to make the movable jaw to move up and down through the eccentric shaft, and then movable jaw goes up, the angle between the toggle pate and the movable jaw is bigger, thus pushing the movable jaw to get close to the fixed jaw, and at the same time.

The materials are crushed or smashed, thus reaching the goal of crushing; when the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the toggle pate and the movable jaw is smaller, under the effect of the draw bar and the spring, the movable jaw moves always from the fixed jaw, and then the crushed materials will be discharged out from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electro motor, the movable jaw of the crusher will do periodic motion to crush and discharge the materials, thus realizing mass production.
